THE GOSPEL

THE STORY.
THE TRUTH.
THE CHOICE.

The Gospel is the good news of what God has done for us through Jesus Christ. The four symbols of the Gospel Pack provide a simple way to remember and share that story.

÷?LOVE → SEPARATION → SACRIFICE → RESPONSE
01 / LOVE

LOVE STARTED WITH HIM.

“We love Him because He first loved us.”— 1 John 4:19
The Gospel doesn't begin with us searching for God.

It begins with God.

God created us, and He loved us first. His love is not something we earned or achieved. Before we could reach toward Him, He had already moved toward us.

GOD LOVED US FIRST.

02 / SEPARATION

WE CREATED THE DISTANCE.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”— Romans 3:23
Sin changed everything.

Every one of us has sinned and fallen short of God's standard.

Sin separates humanity from a holy God, and that separation is something we cannot repair through morality, religion, good works or our own effort.

The problem isn't simply that we need to become better people. We need reconciliation with God.

SIN SEPARATED US FROM GOD.

03 / SACRIFICE

WITH HIS LIFE
HE PAID WHAT WE OWED.

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”— Romans 5:8
This is the heart of the Gospel.

Jesus Christ came for us. On the cross, He willingly gave His life for sinners and paid a debt we could never pay ourselves.

He died and rose again, accomplishing what our own works could never accomplish. Salvation isn't something we earn. It is made possible through what Christ has done.

THE DEBT WAS OURS. THE PAYMENT WAS HIS.

04 / RESPONSE

NOW WHAT?
THE CHOICE IS YOURS.

“If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”— Romans 10:9
The Gospel calls for a response.

Knowing the story is not the same as trusting Christ. Scripture calls us to repent, believe in Jesus Christ, confess Him as Lord, and place our trust in what He has done rather than ourselves.

After hearing the story and understanding the truth, each person must answer the question: What will I do with Jesus?

THE STORY LEADS TO A CHOICE.

THE STORY.
THE TRUTH.
THE CHOICE.

The Gospel Pack was created to help believers carry this story into everyday life.

Wear it. Let it start a conversation. And when the opportunity comes, share the truth behind it.
